Strategic Plans
We have developed a better way to strategize and lead teams through launching redemptive projects. Our team makes the planning process meaningful for all participants, both outside stakeholders and internal team members. For those who need to wrestle with their vision, and who live “options open”, a longer, more iterative planning process may be beneficial.
Our team has guided many through the development of what we call Strategic Bridging Plans. Bridging plans are comprehensive documents that fully align the core leadership team before adding outside professionals to the project.
The facilitation and development of a Strategic Bridging Plan is a four to six month engagement and includes:
A one hour discovery video call.
Up to four (4) 90-minute alignment calls throughout the engagement with core team members.
Full asset study and review (a recommended material list will be submitted to the client).
A two-day site visit. The team will develop a custom agenda for the visit two weeks prior to the visit date.
Key team member interviews (via remote video calls).
Key partners and stakeholder interviews (via remote video calls).
Property utilization and market studies
Financial modeling and investment planning.
Partner recruitment strategies (key suppliers, investors, tenants, operators, missional, etc.).
Strategic plan development (writing and formatting).
