Rick Yockachonis


Rick is what the hospitality business refers to as a Lifer; he has spent his life building, running, and working restaurants. With over thirty two years of experience in restaurants, Rick has done every job in the house, from dishwasher to chef. Further, he has spent the last eighteen years in every facet of adaptive reuse real estate, including construction, leasing, and asset management. Because of this, Rick has a uniquely holistic understanding of the complexities of the hospitality industry. From team dynamics, to systems integration, menu design, and facilities and accounting, his breadth of experience encompasses every inch of the business. On our team, he brings empathy and understanding to our clients’ most complex and impactful projects. He is a father of one, and an enthusiastic newlywed.
