In the discovery process we take our clients through an immersive experience to establish and align their project, portfolio, or relationships. Our team guides clients to reveal their unique organizational identity, clarify their vision & values, design a platform to support the vision, determine how they will measure success, and build a new operational thesis that drives those metrics.

Design
Having clarified the vision during the discovery phase, we take our clients through an iterative process to develop a detailed plan for activating their community, company, or team across three specific areas of impact: Social, Spiritual, and Economic.

Delivery
After the design phase, having established a plan, we will walk beside you and your team for at least 12 months. Our multidisciplinary team provides mentorship, strategic thought partnership, and fractional leadership on special projects to exponentially increase your chances of success, and the flourishing of your community or company.
